The maiden edition of the College of Health Sciences Research Fair comes up on June 8th – 9th, 2015 at the University Auditorium, main Campus of the Osun State University, Osogbo.

An international research consortium led by Clement Adebooye, Professor of Agronomy will receive a total of $4.45 million for a project with the Obafemi Awolowo University, University of Parakou, University of Manitoba and University of Saskatoon to advance indigenous vegetables technology in southwest Nigeria and Benin Republic.

The Council of the University has pronounced the promotion of Dr. (Mrs.) Esther Asekun-Olarinmoye of the Department of Community Medicine in the College of Health Sciences of the University to the rank of full Professor.
