Great Universities strive to change the world for the better, they train for future jobs, they are productive and not just consumptive. The challenge before us is to open up to new ideas, get out of our self imposed cocoons and constructively engage the rest of the world. That is wisdom.

“We are committed to our vision of providing high-quality teaching and learning experience that will engender the production of entrepreneurial graduates capable of impacting on their environment while being globally competitive and that is why we deem it fit to groom our students on innovation, technology and entrepreneurial driven ideas so as to be self-reliant after graduation.
“As a student-friendly institution, we are not only training you, we have also put in place a scheme that is ready to support the Alumni of this institution that has a bankable proposal with a fund to start up on their own. It will also interest you to know that all the graduates of this University don’t just collect a certificate of their course of study alone but they collect an entrepreneurship certificate along with it. In view of this, I hereby urge you to seize this opportunity to discover yourself, pick a trade of your choice and learn it deeply,” Professor Kola-Olusanya added.
The Director of the Entrepreneurship Center, Dr. Florence Yusuf while speaking on the four-week entrepreneurship training advised the graduating student to be ready to learn, relearn and unlearn.
For you to be a graduate that is capable of impacting your environment while being globally competitive, you need to achieve the three major objectives of education which are: Cognitive, affective and psychomotor which is why we are training you for the betterment of the society and the world at large,” Dr. Yusuf added.
