2010/2011 Admission into 4 and 5-years Sandwich Degree Programme

Applications are hereby requested from suitably qualified candidates wishing to undergo a 4-year and 5-year degree programme in Education of the College of Education, Ipetu-Ijesa Campus, Osun State University.

Completion of Application forms
Application forms are available for downloading free on the University Website www.uniosun.edu.ng Copies may alsbe obtained from the Admission Office at the Osogbo Campus or from any of the College offices of the University at Ikire, Okuku, Ipetu-Ijesa, Ifetedo and Ejigbo campuses. Completed application forms should be submitted along with a bank draft in favour of Osun State University for the sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000.00) only on or before Friday 30th July, 2010.  

General Admission Requirements for 4-year Degree Programme
Candidate wishing to apply for admission into the 4-year and sandwich degree programme must possess:
(i)            NCE or A-level with their basic requirements to include English at credit or merit level.
(ii)           A University/Polytechnic 2-year Diploma Certificate in relevant areas obtained at merit level and above.

Other Consideration:
(i)            Senior (C.H.E.W.) for Health Education
(ii)           ICAN (Part II), CIB (Part II), ND or HND Business Administration may be accepted for Economics Education.

General Admission Requirements for 5-year Degree Programme
Candidates wishing to apply for admission into the 5-year Sandwich degree programme must possess:
(i)            O/L SSCE (WASC), SSCE (NECO) with minimum of credit passes in five relevant subjects at not more than               two sittings.
(ii)           A (D or E) at the NCE level, who must also possess five credit passes at the O/L SSCE (WASC), SSCE (NECO).

PROGRAMME FEE:        The programme is N61, 000.00 per session. (All payments inclusive).
SCREENING:                     Screening will be conducted on 6th August, 2010 at Ipetu-Ijesa Campus starting from 9a.m.
